I have a problem...sometimes when I playing DS, about 20 minutes into the game my scree becomes distorted. There are a series of diamonds that center themselve in the middle of the screen in a set of 3. After that, i have to reastart my cpu in order to not get a bunch of coulered line that aren't apart of the backround as well in the internet screens...I dunno how to fix this falut, but if anyone could lift a helping had, be appreciated.

What's your graphics card? I have a problem similar (though much MUCH worse than this) on my 9800 pro because it has a tendancy to overheat (at least I think it's overheating) during games. I just set anti-aliasing and anistropic filtering to 2x (because I can't disable them) and it's fixed...might want to try that...

ok, system properties (its in the control panel), hardware tab, device manager.

from the device manager, looking for display adapters (probably the 3rd one down, may vary)

once you figure out what you have, finding drivers is (generally) pretty easy. cheap too.
but generally you'd track down the card's manufacturere as a starting point, be it ati.com, nvidia.com, what have you.
