Colony hubs no longer require workers, so you can now build up barren planets. I also fixed the build bug with the engineering ships.
If you build a colony hub, when you click on it, you'll see the technology buttons displayed above the target interface. White icons are technology that you have, Green are ones you can research, and Red require you to develop other nodes before you can research them.
The tool tip code has been completely overhauled, they can now be multiple lines plus they now have a background making them easier to read. I cleaned up the tool tips for the build structures buttons and research buttons to better display the information such as requirements.
I'll be finishing up the planet interface either sunday or monday, right now it's not functional, so don't bother reporting bugs or any problems with it at the moment.
