The prestige lost for dying has been toned down a bit:
prestige -= Resources Lost * 0.0025
it was 0.005, which ment a -75 prestige decrease for dying 3 times in a cruiser.

disconnected from server has the same effect as get killed, or am i wrong?

I sure hope not. As an analog dial up user I get disconnected from the server quite often, I'd hate to be penalized for it.

But this thing must be watched, why?
Imagine take ship, jump to enemy, blast all weapons on it, do some major damage, unplug lan cable when any danger....
this way is often exploited in many games ...

Simple answer, force the ship to remain in the game for another minute unless it exits through the jump gate, that way disconnectors in combat will give the enemy that is pursuing them a change to finish the job. Pres lost should be as usual, if the ship is destroyed, the add the res lost and the negative pres to the account the ship belongs to.
