I've replaced MirrorUpdate.exe with SmartUpdate.exe. The new updator will now actually make sure your files get updated to the current version after a file download.
The new update program, will ask you and optionally stop any program using a DLL that needs to be updated.
Additionally, reboots should basically never happen.

when is super-smart updater arriving that only patches differnces instead of complete files  ?
