Fleets now have a Treasury, which can store credits donated by players and available to other members of the fleet.
If you view the Description page for your Fleet, you'll notice a new link at the top - [Fleet Treasury]. Clicking on this link will lead you to the Fleet Treasury page.
At the top of the page, you will see two lines:
Fleet Treasury Balance, and
Total Fleet Credits.
The Balance shows the current number of credits the communal fund holds; that is, the total number of credits donated by Fleet Members. (Note: Players may donate credits to any Fleet they desire, but I assume that most would donate to their own Fleet.) The Total Fleet Credits line shows how many credits are held by all members of the Fleet. From this page, there are a number of actions possible.
Make a Deposit
This allows you to take credits from your profile and place them into the Fleet fund. Clicking on it shows a new section of the page where your personal credit total is shown, as well as a box allowing you to enter the number of credits to Deposit. Type the number you want to Deposit here, and then click the Deposit button. The credits will be subtracted from your profile, and added to the Fleet Treasury.
Make a Withdrawal
This allows you to remove credits from the Fleet Treasury, adding them to your profile. Much like the Deposit screen, this screen shows you how many credits you currently have, plus how many credits are available in the Treasury to withdraw. Type the amount to withdraw in the box, and click the Withdraw button.
This will place your request on the Authorization list, where a Fleet Admin will have to approve your request.
View Transaction History
This shows you all the transactions that have taken place over time with your Fleet's Treasury. It shows the type (Deposit or Withdrawal), as well as the amount and the user.
View Awaiting Authorization
This shows any withdrawals awaiting approval by the Fleet Admins. Admins can click on the Authorize link to allow the withdrawal, or refuse the request with the Deny link.
Note: The Treasury balance is not available while in game. If you are low on credits and think you will need some while playing, you will need to withdraw them before you begin playing.

Absolutely fantastic. Gratz to the development team!
I think it would be nice to have say 10 credits/day added to the fleet treasury for each planet 'controlled' by that fleet. Just an idea.

I like the ideal of the Addtions of credits to the Fleet treasury, However it should be more than Ten but that can be decided at a later time. Congrats to the dev tem though.

This is a great idea, I remember when I used to go in the lobby and ask for a loan (back when I was poor).
Good work guys.

this is great, but is there a possibility that the profit from planets owned could be put in to the treasury?

Well, someones gotta piss and moan about something that the Devs do, might as well be me.
What is the point, at the present, does a Fleet Treasury have? Modding is free.
However, when that issue is fixed, its a great idea, thanks Devs

Give more incentive for fleets to get involved in capping and for more fleets to work as a fleet (SWs vs all! Arrr!).
Great idea w00t, already put a mill into the fleet
