Fixed a crash bug when the client fails to connect to the server, a crash would happen after the user clicks the message box.
Added code to prevent fake connections from filling a server up, so players can gain full prestige by using a utility to open connections to the server. Additionally, added code to disconnect a clients if they attempt to login to a game server with the same account more than once.
It's important to note, that in rare cases, when more than one players are connecting from behind a NATD gateway then one might get disconnected if their timing is perfect. I would say this might happen 1% of the time, if they attempt to join a server exactly at the same time.
