Default chat now is sent to all members of the same faction, so seperate ICC or UGTO teams can now communicate without using /faction to send messages.
The /faction command has been removed and replaced with /clan, which like the old default chat sends a message only to your team aka clan.

/c works for /clan... those messages are like the default messages before, the message is sent only to your team aka clan.
