A few first things I did on this new Wacom i bought.
How they look? Trying for multiple styles for multiple systems.

Thats awesome Sanity, the middle one reminds me of EvE actualy, and the lower one is just freaky, id pick thatone outa the three if i had to.

The bottom one would be nice for a really sort of....fringe system, with a kinda grim backstory to it. It'd be even nicer if we could have these all animated in-game, methinks.

Not that I dislike them, but I fail to see a use for them in the game.. just basic backgrounds such as the nebula directly under the 2D plane in current version??

Looks cool. Good work too. Here's an idea. How about some sort of "Swamp System" set up in strands of different shades of green.
