i was attempting to off-planet some troops for a newly acquired planet under revolution. i was hoping a few less soliders would ease the tension of the resident civilians.
I planned to take them to another planet that could use some additional military buffering, when i arrived, i was unable to off-load the troops to the desired planet, i tried another and had the same issue. So attempted to return them to the original planet i picked them up from, but i wa sstill unable to drop them off...i guess my cargo hold is better than the dumps of a planet i was trying to drop them off on.
How can I deliver these troops to a planet? I'd rather not eject thier poor souls into space.

That happens sometimes, just relog and it should fix itself.

Be sure to check the number of inf on the planet, If its full you can not drop them. Its a simple but overlocked thing
