How to redeem a coupon |

To redeem a coupon either from the jewel case of the box or an e-mail coupon follow the following steps.
- Click on the profile button at the top of the GCQL client
- In this screen click on the "Redeem Coupon" link that is right below the "Welcome onboard" line on the page. A new window will open. If it doesn't then you may have a pop-up eliminator enabled.
- Enter the coupon number, excluding the dashes, in the fields provided.
- Press the redeem button. If it is entered correctly a "coupon redeemed" message will be displayed.
- To have the changes come into effect you need to logout and log back into GCQL.
If you are having trouble with the screen not loading or any other problems find a moderator to help you.
