There's an issue where if I'm typing in the chat box, occasionally the space bar is still registered as an alpha strike. This has been harmful to my allies on multiple occasions. The only solution I can figure istotypelikethiswithoutspace, which is amazingly hard to read.
Any ideas about this?

Don't hit space then enter at the same time. That's what causes it.

I don't think I am. I never start lines off with a space, and I never end them with a space. Is there a couple second worth of gap?

I had him targetted because I was about to follow him. The other time it was because I was a supply ship. And once it was because I was /t'ing him.

why would somone hit space and enter when type? thnik about it, it really doesnt make sense

Anyway: 2 Causes.
1. You are pressing enter and space at the same time.
How to fix this: You bleeding nab! Learn to type! LOL!
2. You are holding shift before/after you have started/finished typing.
How to fix this: You bleeding nab! Learn to type! LOL x 2!
In any case those are not the causes. Get a new keyboard and take typing lessons.
