Navigation map move problem |

Guys gi to serious problem with map. I cant move with it since the latest updates. when i press f1 it says i can move with left mouse + drag but it doesnt work. It worked before updates but now it doesnt. It just rotates the map like with right mouse. I didnt played 5 months cause of this crap and i really wona play this game but i cant move with map and it is really useles i cant do anything the game for me is like bugged or i dont know.
Also i got 2 PC s. The one i am writing this message and second what is in upgrade shop and on both i got same problem after the updates and they got totaly different spec. this one i am at now got 512mb rams and 1.8ghz 1 core processor and second got 2gb ram with dual core 2.0ghz processor and both have got same bug. I asked players about what should i do ingame but they said they dont have got this problem.
I tryed reinstall the dark space (just dark space not the client) and it doesnt helped. also i tryed set the keyboard to default but it doest work. By the way there wasnt any navigation settings in option in keybord setting so i cant even set it manualy.
Guys what should i do help me please

panning the map was never real responsive.
select a target and hit space to center the map on it, much quicker

I could have swore I was pannng the other day, but wehy I was drunk, could have been doing many things >.>

Panning the map got in lack of another word "removed" when the Mouse interface got re-worked. (right mouse button actions, etc.)
I myself do miss the panning option for small movements inside the nav. but setting a manual target and centring on that is the next best thing.

I stoped play dark space 1 year or something like that just for panning a map and i thought it wasnt even POSSIBLE to move with the map so i stopped to play. After some months i had a taste to play it again. The dark space WAS and IS the primary game i play. Counter strike was my primary before but it is hard and need mutch skills. I like dark space and i hope it will still in the development and we will get the missions system
