Re-connecting issues to DS MV |

My internet connection occationally plays with me and disconnects for a brief few seconds over the last week and i've noticed that if I am spawned in the Mv with a ship when this happends I desynch and eventually disconnect.
Normally that isn't a problem, I would just re-connect to the server and be re-united with my ship that I am flying, aslong as I do it within 2 minutes of the disconnect.
Lately it seems that if I try to re-connect while my ship is still ingame then it simply kicks me out instantly as I try, giving me the option to quit or re-connect again with the same result.
Is this a issue with me not having a fleet? because it wasn't there before. This isn't a freak issue, it has been happening for 2-3 days now.

I can confirm this. If you log out from any server except ursa minor (the starting point) you must wait two minutes before returning, or you will reach a storage locked by another server and disconnect message.

The problem arises that normally if you have a disconnect issue you just reconnect and 15 seconds (max) later you are back in the game in your ship.
If you are in combat in a station or somthing big or even just a luth ship then you are decloaked when this happens you return to the game 2 minutes later to find the ship at 5% hull in your hangar and you lost pres to go with it... I don't have to tell you how annoying it is to lose a hive due to a silly issue like this then sit there repairing the damned thing for the next hour -.-
