A hav just statred playing again and am not getting and prestige etc and was woundering will they all be updated in the player ranksin updates or is my account froze?

you get press automaticly in game sometimes there is a litle delay in it but in general f5 isn't far of.

probably because you were on the newbie server and your current rank (commander@682.913) is about 44 prestige above the rank cap on that server.
otherwise, the player rankings page gets updated once a week, and will update with your current rank and stats 4.6 days from now
