Hi, I need someone to look at my account, and find out why it's not active.
It was rejecting my debit card and my Cc but it eventualy billed one of them i think(this was 24h ago)

There's not really much we can see or do that you can't, sadly.. Faustus may have additional information (if he can look at something via Bibit or something), but within our admin panel it just shows PENDING -- which is what it would show you in the sub window as well: we have the same view. And pending basically means its waiting on something, either the biller or your bank.
So ... basically this is a worthless post to tell you that there's not much control we have over payment issues - from our end, its either done or not. I guess keep waiting.. if it takes another 24 hours, send Faust a message at billing@palestar.com and see if he can look into it. Or post here again; he isn't too active on most of the forums but he tends to keep an eye on the billing forums.

We had an issue with all of our subscriptions during the move of our DNS settings. It should be resolved by now, but you may have been caught in the delay caused by DNS change replication.
I have activated your account for 5 days while we attempt to sort this out. In the mean time, please contact billing@palestar.com for a more precise explaination for the issue.

Try emailing faustus directly: rlyle@palestar.com be sure to tell him about the failure in sending the email to billing. it is likely due to all the web changes he's been doing.

this is a little off topic but it involves the same thing about the website my friends tryin to make an account when he does it just goes to a blank screen and goes no Further im pretty sure its the website actin up again he's tried 3-4 times and allways got the same thing. . .
