Hi this is Stardancer, I was wondering if you could help me. I can't get into my old account. Tarnekep, my sister has been helping me threw this. But it seems I am logging in this account which I don't understand. If you look at the fleet name KES, I am in that fleet, but I can't get into that account because of the old email address I had. I was just wondering if you could set my new email address to this: saturn04@hotmail.com for me and then i can reset my password.

just enter the email address you used for that account.
also make sure you're not set to auto login. (view > options > uncheck auto login)

Sorry I did that and it gave me this account. I put Stardancer {C?} in the user name and clicked on forgot my password and gave my email address and whala it gaves me this account. That is why I am saying Stardancer has an old email address I can't get on. It is no longer invalid.

hi i also having this problem .. acc name Fatal Kane .. email is invaild
my emails is eddy4l9@hotmail.com or why_medamit@yahoo.com ....
i had a few accout and try email forgot password thing but i never saw any with Fatal Kane name only KingEdward KingEdward86 Cain01 ect ect
maybe its under eddy4l@hotmail.com but its doesnt work anymore

Sry to hear that Darkchoas i dont thinik i was ban i havent played in 2 years .... now im burnout in all games and im willing to pay to play for this game but i wanna play my old acc Kane......
the ip i used back then and now was stx.rr.com 66.ect.ect.ect..ect
my ip change in 2 years but still is from rr in eagle pass tx

check ip stx.rr.com from tx 66.ect.ect.ect should b the same since 05
