could check with your isp to see if they're blocking tcp ports 9000-9020 and 9100,9101.
probably arent, but you never know
might also have you behind a proxy server as well, thats been known to cause connection issues here occasionally

It doesn't look like it is a proxy issue as our web-servers are able to resolve your address just fine - if there was an anonymity issue, it would show up.
It is possible that your either your router or firewall is blocking the ports that GameCQ and DarkSpace require to run. These are ports 9000-9010, although you would need to refer to you router or firewall documentation for information on how to change these settings.
For routers, there should be a setting called "Port Forwarding" that can be adjusted.

first. have you checked at all the help the guys above here given you.
if you have problem understanding them let me toss in a few more techwords in a technical order:
Darkspace > Internet.
Internet > ISP.
ISP + ISP filters/blocks.
ISP > Router?
Router? = NAT + firewall? + port-forwarding? + DMZ?
Router > Computer
Computer = windows-firewall? + software-firewall? + darkspace!
second.
try; [start] - [run] - enter the command ('cmd') in the field and press
you new have a command promt window opening.
type in the command ('tracert mirror-server.palestar.com') and press
you wil see a lot of lines comming in but all that matters is that you wil notice a line with
"firewall.palestar.com [209.198.154.2]"
If you notice that than i should suggest reading all the previous posts again and trying to find out if you either have a firewall running,
application security protection (form of program that wil deny gcql access to the internet)
and trying to look if your router and or isp blocks the ports as stated above.
good luck.
