Hi guys!
I readed on mmorpg and onrpg about this game and i said to give it a shot.When i registered on the reg page ,after i put My normal nick name IoryaDragon and email and password,in that moment it sayd that my account it banned till 12/16/2004.POW! I mean wth,never played the game,and usualy my nick is pretty original besides the dragon part...I did another account just to see the freaking game,ofcouse i coudnt connect bec probably my ip is banned too.So what the deal yo?Maybe ill try again tomoroow,very strange stuff..

and did you inherit the comp from someone? or no someone formerly banned for some reason here?
i'd assume IP banning is a lil inaccurate, i thought they went by comp ID which can't be changed easily and narrows a ban down more than IP range banning
i don't know.. but forum mods should move this to Staff Feedback at anyrate

I'm sorry to inform you that because of constant problems with credit card fraud from Romanian addresses, we no longer accept players from Romania.
We tried to weed out the individuals, but it was costing us to much money in charge backs and fees. With the Romanian players continually trying new tricks to circumvent our efforts to bar them from the game, we were left with little recourse than to bar all of Romania from the game.

We have more than just a ban on romanian credit cards. It will (well, we hope) catch him anyway.
Sad, but we had enough problems with fraud (thousands of dollars, literally, lost to Romanians) that its necessary.
