If you're referring to the free trial offer mentioned in the news section, that's only for new accounts. Rather than the old system of a 5 day coupon when you create a new account, you now get a 14 day coupon.
However, existing players are not eligible for the coupon.
If you did just create an account, but you didn't get a coupon when you verified your email, reply here and we'll see what we can do - when you give your email address, it should send you an email that you have to reply to, so we know your address is legit; within that email is your two-week coupon.

I still havent received my coupon and still cannot validate my email address. Ive sent emails to support and asked on the Lounge several times and still havent gotten the help I need. Can someone please help with this?? Thanks
