Is it Allowed if Some 1 make 2 acc. And if he go on 1 acc transport and he change the shields while on his other acc he repair him. Is that allowed? Bicose i saw some 1 doing that...U get Prestige Werry fast if u do this.....

No, this is most certainly not allowed and next time you see something like this you should use the /report command. Make sure to include the names of the people and the server you're in

There's a rule against a single person running 2 accounts at once (ingame anyways) is there not?

Yes, it's 3.1.9-i of the RoC (Using multiple accounts in-game to provide an advantage over a single ship is prohibited.). This issues also falls under 3.3.3 (Allegience: Members of different teams/factions cooperating for mutual prestige gain). It's something that has always been not allowed in darkspace.

no, you are not allowed to tolerate someone breaking the game rules. that means that actually u are obligated (but not rlly enforced so officially obligated, unofficially not obligated) to report anyone breaking the rules
