When you use the new lock command, the planet always gets locked at Ensign.

Could not reproduce.
Did you lock it correctly?
/lock
what planet was this? Do you know what could of caused this?
Your being vague will not help it get fixed budd.

* Added in /lock command. Players can now lock any planet they can govern at any rank below their own using this command. Players can specify the rank number or use the two letter shorthand (MS, EN, 2L, 1L, LC, CO, CP, 2A, 1A, VA, AD, FA, GA, MA, CM).

/lock "planet name" works fine.

This happened to both Loyalty and I.
I used '/lock Kona 1RA' and '/lock Skyline 1RA'.

the shorthand isn't '1RA' it's '1A' in that example.
you could also use the numbers with 0 = midshipman, 1 = ensign , etc ...
So :
/lock Kona 1A
becomes
