Did not feel it, I was holding a pocket watch by the chain and it shook, and I thought I was going nuts.
Then my Mom told me about it.

Well this is one way to find out some of the DS people who live on the east coast : )
I didn't feel it myself and didn't even know it happened til I read it in the DS forums, lol. Aldreagon felt it. The 9th didn't. Not sure about the other 2 END members who live around here.

There was a guy from Christchurch in a hotel, he said on the news last night that he was woundering why people were running, as it just felt like another christchurch Aftershock.

Idk the one in Colorado was just wierd. Everything was shaking, and no one knew what was happening. That's like if there was a blizzard in Florida.

Some people in my office building freaked out, it was just a little rumble.
I needed to get a clamp set yesterday so I want to Home Depot, it was funny to see people asking every employee if they had generators. They were completely sold out of flash lights too. How the hell do people not have flash lights?
Oh and my county which is mostly inland declared a state of emergency starting 8:00pm Saturday, a good 24 hours before the storm is suppose to hit us, so legally I can't drive. WTF

People in Maryland (where I live) are going batcrazy to find batteries, flashlights and insane amounts of food. It must be the apocalypse; an earthquake and hurricane in the same week seems to prove it.

pfft.. i surivied Cyclone yasi (cat 5) just fine. granted a few towns were destroyed. but there was no deaths..
..one guy died though.. but thats cause he put his generator inside his house an gassed himself by mistake.
