Earth captured by UGTO!
At aproximately 6:25 GMT 10+ time, the ICC defences on earth were finally overwhelmed by a Huge UGTO ground assault. Infantry unit numbers over 60 were recorded as both sides attempted to flood the planet with infantry.
All of this was after a 27 hour struggle by the ICC to keep control of the planet and other interests in the lacerta cluster.
As we speak however, the battle is still raging, despite the return of earth to UGTO hands. Rumours are circulating of a organised ICC counterattack with the purpose of throwing the UGTO out of Sol completely.
Many of the planets that have revolted against the UGTO are considering turning back as the ICC appear to be pushed out of the system.
K'luth have been sighted in the battles, often fighting the UGTO, and leaving the ICC alone.

leaked reports are just coming through that K'luth are capturing back secretly occupied K'luth territory on the outskirts of the cluster.
High ranking K'luth officers however have stated that it is a very small issue, while ICC officers are refusing to acknowledge the gains have even been made.

as of 8:00 GMT10+ time, all ICC presence is lacerta has been removed, and the UGTO has moved back in. Casualties on both sides are being mourned, with very high numbers sustained on all sides.
