Yes.
If you have a Mac with a directx compatible video card, and a CPU that supports virtualization, then Install VMWare Fusion 3 for Mac OS X, with it you can install a PC operating system such as Windows 7 in "Unity" mode allowing you to run virtually any windows application in your mac environment...

you can run ds on any intel-mac in a virtual machine (MacMini, iMac, MacPro, MacBook, MacBook Pro)
all you need is
- Virtual Machine: Parallels or VM Ware (maybe Virtual box (Freeware afik) but didnt tested it)
- Windows License (XP, Vista, 7)
and ure good to go
(no, i dont include the MacBook Air, because i dont think of it as a computer =P)

It really is... Because while Windows 7 is great and all, Mac OS X is the best operating system I've ever used, hands down.

interesting fact: some of the win7-developers came from Macintosh, thats why it nearly "feels like a mac"
