We are going to use "p" for prestige values...

p = Ships captured * 15;

p = planets damaged;

p = planets captures * 5;

-p = friendly fire * 3;

p = kamikaze * 5;

p = scout/beaconing;

p = jumps / 10;

from what i know its like .7-.8 if you have 2 drones running, 1.2 for 3 (I think).

How many prestige do you get for 1 stats point?
Here is the list.

Bonus: 1
Ships Damaged: 3
Ships Captured: 15
Planets Damaged: 1
Planets Captured: 5
Friendly Fire: -3
Repair: 2.5
Construction: 1
Kamikaze: 5
Self Destruct: -10
Jumps: .1
Planet Collisions: -1
Scout: 1
Resources Lost: -.005

Side info:
Starcommander the question about how much prestige is worth has been the true question asked for a long time. apparently no one actually wants to take the time to calculate it, but you gain construction points by having your build drones active on a structure. The time your drones are active is logged and added as construction stats. This structure costs a certain amount of points and your build drones give x amount untill the structure is completed. a building computer only upgrades the build dones supply capacity there for finishing the structure faster but giving less prestige since your drones will finish the structure faster..

this might be a little off topic, but how do you kamikaze? self destruct near an enemy?

Kami points are given to you when your ship (not you) deals damage that is high enough to cause the destruction of another ship. Depending on how much damage you do, Kami points are given.

Both self-destruction and your ship blowing up normally can give Kami points. You will only gain points if your destruction causes the enemy's ship to explode.

I thought you could get it if your ship explodes and you kill another ship, regardless of whether you went thruogh the destruct sequence. I could be wrong, but I dont think Ive ever gotten an sd to kill an ememy before (came real close once with bitos station and about 4 siphons). Yet somehow I have kami pts. I seem to remember that you got them as long as your dying husk caused somebody else's ship to die when it goes up.

u get them from doing hull damage to enemy ships by ur ship exploding. (armor or shield damage doesnt count.) doesnt matter how u die, could be self destruct, or another player, ai, or planet killing u.

where does res loss come in with press loss for dying.. are the two related or are there set values for loosing

scouts
friggs
dessies
cruisers
dreads
stations
engies
suppies
transports
extractors

?
if there is set values for loosing each. what are they.. as im sure you wont find anyone willing to run the proper test to figure this out for loss of press.

thank you

resources lost and pres loss are linked to one another. Resources lost are based on ship class and we know you lost less pres for a supp then you do a dread.
