I am pleased to say that you can now no longer equip advanced upgrades on your ship if you are unsubed.
i remember im the one who said this first... at least i think i am and the dev seemed to listen.
im glad that when a good idea is thrown up someone catches the ball.
Also ICC seems to be getting its former glory back. Also verry pleased about that.
and still yet. The fleets seem to be comming together to create direction of gameplay.
Good things are happening. cant wait to see what this weekends meeting brings to focus.

Being an unsubed player, darn you & your ideas! 
Well, it is better incentive to fork out the money, but if a non-sub never gets to even see an advanced upgrade, would they miss it?
I'm thankful devs are listening to players though.

you can still get them and you can still equip them. they just dont do anything till you pay
