I half expected a "k'luth mining beams are overpowered, wtf, they can cloak and then go to a planet, decloak and start mining in like .3 seconds wtf dev fix plz" post here.

What do you mean overpowered, it's not the mining beam, it's the cloak. You can still mine while cloaked, wtf...
