Nothing wrong there, Just a question and a honust answer.
But to the topic,
Since the release of 1.5, Darkspace changed its policy about player hosted servers.
When 1.5 was released, no tools have been given out for that version to the publicy host a server. Map editor was changed to, but that hasn't been made public either.
It has been said that those tools will no longer be made available to the public.

Ah well, it's a shame but my dream of making an all-out war between the K'luth and the ICC is sadly not going to happen.
So i'll just have to wreak havoc on the beta server instead
