The UGTO Fleet Command requested Grand Admiral DragonSlayer to come in from retirement to command a new prototype research station and take it into uncharted system. We join him in the Chief Marshal's office where his mission will be explained....
Chief Marshal Rafell: Thank you for comming in on such short notice
DragonSlayer. I know you are retired, but you the only one I can trust with a mission like this.
DragonSlayer: Sir Chief Marshal, might I ask this mission is that is so important?
Rafell: Well son, you see, we opened a trade route threw a new system called Epsilon Ind. As you know we sent out scouts and made sure that there was safe passage threw and they came back negative.
DragonSlayer: So why do you need me to take a research station out there if it is all clear?
Rafell: I am getting to that. You see, for months everything went well. Transports was getting through the system with no troubles or any kind of attacks. Well just last week we got a really distorted message from transport omega1.225. The message was too garbaled to make out but the transport never turned in at its destination.
DragonSlayer: Good Lord, doesn't transport omega carry....
Refell: Yes it does! I sent 3 crusiers to investigate what happend. Fleet Admiral Riley was in the command of the search party on board the lead cruiser The Justice. I have yet not heard anything from them.
DragonSlayer: So I take that all transports have been rerouted until further notice?
Rafell: Of course, all routes threw the Epsilon Ind have been shut down until we can find what has happened to the omega cargo and FA Riley.
DragonSlayer: Sir, when can I leave?
Rafell: The station Sanctuary will be ready for Worm hole launch in two days. Which gives you two days to pick your officers. Before your launch I will brief you and your officers on your mission.
DragonSlayer:Yes sir*Salutes*
Rafell:*Salutes*

Dragonslayer: Wait a hot second here, where am I going to find some officers?
