Compensation for over 700 Prestige lost. |

I lost 700 prestige tod ay because of Tattoo. No other planets like the taste of ships, but tattoo ATE mine (and a few others) Ships. I have pistures of me being destroyed, but the screenshot system makes it so i cant pur em up.

Lol, you do realize your banner has a typo in it? Perhaps you shouldn't have "pur your banner up".

Yeah...
On the note of Compensation requests, can we either keep the old forum rules with unless you are backing up the compensation request, don't post in a compensation request (Since the random comments are becomming annoying and keeping all these comp requests in the Latest Topics, Which is quite annoying)
Or
Completely deny all Compensation, we all know this is 1.5 and bugs need to be kinked out, crap happens, but this version isn't 483 and we need to get out of the mindset of if something goes wrong, we get comp, if something goes wrong, regain that prestige, instead of asking for compensation.

Slinky, I lost 700 prestige instead of gaining 400 prestige, and all the prestige i lost was from a planet bug, because the freaking planet ATE my SHIP >.>
And i know my banner has a typo in it. So hush.

It wasn't a jibe at you, if the request is valid, then by all means you deserve compensation, I was just pointing out that the current system seems to have gone a little array and could use some clarifacation.
And pakhos, I have lost prestige just the same as everyone else, I have asked for comp before, and if anything, I've learned to suck it up and keep going or log off and step away from the keyboard before I get too angry.

I worked damn hard to get captain, and i was at 1800 pres. then because of that damn PLANET i'm Commander with around 1000 Pres. Thats Bull.

The rules are in place on compensation requests for a reason.
Generally, it's much harder than most might think to be fair with things like compensation requests. Most games, for example, just generally say no to everything - best way to be consistent.
Voodoo - you are going to have to provide a lot more information than merely quoting the amount of prestige you have lost. Because it's redundant, please read the top post in the compensation forum and post what you have.
If you need assistance looking for your screen shots, generally, you're going to find them in the root directory of your Darkspace installation as *.tga files. If you're still having difficulty, try going to Start-Search and look for files with *.tga as an extension.

Nax, honestly, i know. But .tga doesnt show up as ANYTHING on ANY image thing, not even Infraview for me. I was in a gunboat destroyer around tattoo, and i blew up quite a few times over a period of 2 hours. I died 11 times from being eaten by Tattoo, and 3 times by dieing from real people. I had 30 deaths originally. now i have 44.
If someone can find something that will actually ACCEPT .tga files, please let me know.
