As U may know, ICC in the event this Sunday must defend Scientia from capture from the Ugto/Kluth Alliance for 1 hour.

In this pilemenary strategy session, I would like to call on brave ICC volunteers to form a Task group to hunt down hostile bombers.

Members of this Task Group will avoid all engagement with the enemy, you sole duty is to provide first responce and destroy all Ugto and Kluth bombers.

The Task Group will consist of 4 Members:

(Task Group Leader)
1 Interdictor Cruiser (2nd RA): u must make the call for the strike, prevent enemy bomber from escaping, u will be the primary target for the enemy.

1 ECCM/ECM Scout (Midshipmen): ur the fastest jumper, ur only job is to beacon the heavily ECMed enemy bomber.

Position Filled: [FS] Fatal Sensation

2 Escort Destroyer (Lt. Comander): ur are the Fangs of this wolf pack. Take down the Bomber before Enemy overwhelms the Dictor. Keep ur dictor alive, Ur lives are expendable, his is not.

Anyone who is interested, plz reply to this post.

NOTE: If u accepted for a position, I will require u to keep at least 2 ur ship type moded in ur Garage. If ur are destroyed, u must back to ur post in less than 3 min.

All members of the task group must equip Antimatter Jump Drives. If u do not have one, I will issue u one.

I am not giving any chances to ugto and kluth to bomb the planet as long as everyship of icc has pulse waves on them. Sit 2 stations to each side and receive bombs, and pulse the others. Gonna be realy tough. Kluth and ugto needs 3 to 1 superiority on battle field and bomb before u came back to pulse.

I May Not Take Part In The Bomber Hunting, But I Can Keep A MD Ready For The Defence Around The Planet. I Can Also Be A Station And EAD/ Siphon Hunter Aswell, To Help With The Core Weapon Problem.

Excellent, Big Daddy, welcome aboard.

Checkout ur profile, u have a very impressive reccord. It's much better to have a veteran flying the scout.

It's likely Ugto or Kluth will have ECM teams covering their bombers, so they will be difficult to target. U will have to carry ECCM or Scanner as well. U will have to get in to close range in order to beacon. U will be under heavy fire.

Mission: Locate and beacon bomber, Signal "Under Attack" to task group.

Primary Target: Ugto Bomber crusier, Ugto Command Dread, Ugto Agincourt Dread, Kluth Clavate bomber crusier, Kluth Brood Dread.

Secondary Target: Any and all of the enemy ECM Team, enemy escorts.

WARNING: 1.) try to keep enemy insight after u beacon, but dont stray to close. Hellfire task group will be helping, AD ion cannon fire may follow.
2.) Kluth mandi will likely be present, they are the only direct threat to u.

Plz have at least 2 scout in ur garage on the Day of Battle.

Delando, as great as the roleplay stuff sounds, most people know that real-life combat situations are far different from what we portray them as. Many times teammates understand each other without having to even say a word. A for effort. C- for turning what sounds like a fun event into well.. a formality. But make no mistake, Ill be at the event .

well, i dislike to use dictors, but if we have enough of a MD defense i can dedicate a HC to this task force too. it would take the place of the ED, and it would pack a bit more of a punch.

ED are more agile => faster responce, and shorter jd recharge will help in herding in bombers (ugto and kluth do not have effective bomber below Crusier class, and will be at a mobility disadvantage to dressies).

Let our newplayers field EDs to hunt down bombers.

We'll need veterans, like Spirit to engage then enemy mainforce.

Howere, we do need an experienced Interdictor pilot, bc make no mistakes, ugto will mirv, not neut, Scientia. And dictor is the proper repsponce to mirvers, by both kluth and icc Standard Operating Procedures.

I want to clearify, I'm not advocating the use of dictor in the actural battle. only the bomber hunting.

I repectfully disagree, leaving any Def on Scentia will make it difficult to capture for ugto and kluth.

With all of us actively targeting anything that goes near Scientia. Bomber do not have the leasure of Skimming neuted planet and drop inf by close orbiting it( protect inf from icc pulsers).

No, my friend, Mirving is more advantagous under the circumstances, and mirv they will.
