1.How can u get a comp if u lose the connection? How can u make a screenshot?
2.How can u get a comp when JD is bugged ?
3.How can u get comp when u hit orbit ,it says orbit and u go into the planet?
4. Generaly how u can make a valid screenshot and ask for a comp?
I lost 3 comand dreads ,3 or 4 bomber cruisers (2 last night when i lost the conection while in a bombing run ) and some other ships ....No screenshots, no requests ,just asking.....

If you lost connection, it's a problem on your end.

Take several screenshots of your jumpdrive being green. Note that you have to be 1000gu away from any planet, and there have to be no interdictors in the area.

You're not meant to rely 100% on the AI to do your job. If you are next to a planet, and you hit orbit, and you go into it, take a screenshot as you hit the planet.

Give time, server, place, screenshot(s), and what you lost and a description of how to go with it.

Lool I have a print screen button on my keyboard but this is not the point.
Jack i know the tech details  PP but is very hard to use them cause i always try to escape by my own ,i'm not using my little time left for the screens ,i 'm using it for saving the ship and the people in it:))) ,is a nice experience and like i said i'm not requesting anything ,i just wanted to say my problem.

Fraps
Fraps is a way to record video in game. I beleive you can still hot key the record function as well, so as soon as you think you will need evidence just hit the record key.
