Welcome to the newest form of Stock trading. Here is how it will work. We will trade planets like Pokemon cards. You can only trade planets owned by your Fleet.
Example: I'll give you Rigel and Wesley for Ross 3.
If Rigel and Wesley where UGTO:VCA planets, I could make such a trade, but only to a member of the fleet that owns Ross 3 (if it were owned by ICC:FS then I would have to discuss the trade with an FS member).
If trades are accepted, we could turn off the defs, bring in transports, load all inf off each planet and unload them on to the new planet.
While this activity would be very funny and even a peaceful means of gaining tactical position in certain systems, I am certain it must be against some RoC sections. I can think of at least one (agreement for mutual pres gain). Still, an interesting Idea.... perhaps for a New Report or something....

Not gonna happen. Too easy to abuse. And it doesn't make much sense either. Why would two warring empires want to trade planets peacefully, when the whole purpose of said war is to try to take as much of the other guy's land anyway?
