This was done in the 70s or 80s i think. There were no laws against such a thing so when people got a book on how to become a millionaire and inside it just said: "Go on TV and tell people to buy a book about how to become a millionaire" he got away with it. Laws were passed later that year against it, but that guy is rich rich rich today. good idea. gotta give him props for it.
