Doran Does deserve it though. He's always there and on top of things and gets the job done. Give him a raise too, and a pention plan, and a 401k! and a little bobble-head of Faustus nodding in approval of him!

It would likely have a vague influence on a decision, if only to add to staff confidence in a promotion. I wouldn't say it will actually result in any staff action, though.
And no, there's currently no mod/admin vote in progress.
