With the recently unstable political ongoings and new conflicts sprouting out across the galaxy, the CAPS (Complicated Acronyms Persueing Solely nonsense) feel the need, nay requirement, to enforce peace across the galaxy. Therefore, we will attack and destroy any arms-bearing vessels and defended Planets we encounter, in order to ensure noone else can wage war in the future. Thank you for your cooperation.
