I am not sure if this is a yes or no since we still have yet to set this out internally, but what would u guys think about VCA switching to ICC or K'luth to perhaps balance out the power between the remaining active members of the Darkspace community?
Any or all opinions are welcome, except for flaming...

K'luth and ICC could both use it, but the K'luth seem better at keeping their holdings, so I'd say go ICC...
It would also be easier for your people to adapt to the new faction... K'luth requires an entirely different playstyle and way of thinking to be successful.

up to you balance switches between all the factions every few days but kluth might need it more then anyone
