what is the purpose of bonus prestige what is the advantige to have it

It's exactly as the name says it is: Prestige... given as a bonus.
You get it in the scenario servers if your side wins the scenario I think... I havnt actually played a scenario in... forever.
No real reason to get it, it's just a nice thing to have. And it comes in sufficiently small amounts that you wont miss not having it either.

Another way of getting bonus prestige was by completing missions, which is no longer available on this release.
And yes I have plenty of bonus prestige, I did missions like a crazy man on the previous patch.

bonus pres is 1:1 towards your total prestige. that is 1 point of bonus pres = 1 point of pres added to your total pres
bonus pres is most commonly awarded in small ammounts (about +3 to +6pts) on scenario servers if you play most of the round (acutally im not sure on that, but it sounds right). bonus pres can also be awarded in larger sums as prizes for community events and the like
