I figured it was time for a nice post with no arguing.
When I joined DS I was fed up with almost every other online game I played. This by far is a great gamming community. The best that I have ever been apart of and still the best game I have played to this day. If it wasnt I wouldn't be on every chance I get.
Just about the whole gamming commnunity welcomed me in as a newcommer and a friend. It's easy to list a few...ofcourse Icarus the fleet I have grown so attatched to...Starfist, Nim, Red Dragon, No71171, Fluffy Bunny, Fatal Ants *XO 1*, All the BUMS...and could probably go on for a while.
In my opinion I don't feel the game is ruined. I wasn't around in early patches so I can't say lets go back to .4** but I can stay and play the game for what it is now.
To newcomers to this game. Don't be scared off. This is a great game. Any game will have problems but I feel anyone that puts time into the game and gives it a real shot with learn to love it as so many of us have.
So thanks to all of you that have made this a good experience for me. I am looking forward to you killing me in the MV soon.

I've only just started playing and the help i've recieved has been top notch from other players, all really nice and willing to spread the knowledge 
I think i'll be playing this for a while
