i say, what do you all say about a DS II where a new race of aliens has a kluth detector taht can be mounted on a frigate sized scout? only can be mounted on ONE ship no others.

Realistically, the only way to detect a cloaked ship would be by it's tiny gravitational pull and the only way to detect that would be with a Laser interferometer (see LIGO or LISA), which would need a big ship like a station not a frigate.
Of course, 'realistically' this is a game, so I'll shut up now.
