i put in /report but no one seems to be aline a player FRD25(LS) is scraping all UGTO planets and we have no way to stop him becuase no uggies i know is online

This is a non issue. He did nothing wrong. He was a UGTO player who scrapped a planet that ICC was scrapping. The only penalty is the one to his build pres.
