I recently redeemed a 14 and 1 million credit coupon, and I checked under the subscription button, and it has both logged, but I only received the 14 days. I have not seen a penny of the 1 million credits, infact, I am now at a negative credit score.
Perhaps some sort of delay? A bug? I'm not doing something right?
Any help is appreciated.

No, some of the coupons just don't seem to work, for whatever reason. I can see from your account that yours did not, so I'll compensate you.

The same seemed to happen to me.
I redeemed the coupon and only recived the 14day trail, too.
Maybe that was caused by the fact that I was logged into the game when I redeemed the coupon...
I would be glad if you could check my profile and compensate the missing credits from the coupon.
