Who thinks some ingame footage would be cool? |

Well as the title states I'm thinking of recording some ingame footage. I know my tag say ret. and all but I'm still willing to help promote the game if I can. And I think some ingame footage would be really cool and useful to get more players here. All I need is an admins ok to shoot the footage and I'll do it. I can then use windows movie maker to make a movie out of the footage. And when that is done all I will need to do is find someone willing to host the movie and get it out to the playerbase and the rest of the web  Anyone willing to host a video if I make it? Anyways, I just need an admins or better yet Faustus's ok on it. And please don't flame this topic. Just post what you think this footage could do for DS please. Thanks

I was actually thinking more along the lines of showing tranny rushes, bombing runs, ecm bombing and of course when I find it a big battle scene Heck, maybe with all three factions battling it out in one system hehe  That would be awesome and at the same time it would show off some of the ships.

I'm thinking about a hive slowly flying towards the camera flanked by mandibles and whatnot with the darth vader theme playhing then on the chat... "Hey Kluthies!" "???" "EAT SHROOMS!!!" then three UGTO stations pop in and way laste to the kluth, there is a long pause with "woohoo!" and whatnot being yelled then ICC wipes up UGTO and then all three faction break out! I'm jus' brianstorming guys!

Maybe you could tag your ship as a News Correspondent and get some footage of some MV battles.

well, noobs wnat to see scouts and stuff too wouldnt they, I mean they dont play in dreads (although there should be shots of dreads etc). So everyone would be usefull for getting ingame footage.
