its 24hrs +/- 5 minutes or so.
the time gets progessivly later so eventually yes it will be at some ungodly hour in your corner of the map, and someone else will be complaining about the inconvient timing

yep.It's at 8:15pm my time and was5;15 pm not long ago.

Itsa about 0130 hours UK time and thats just perfect, unless it after the pub night out, and then its pants.

How bout we make the MV reset every 5 seconds, that would reduce lag and then you wouldn't have the problem of it being unfair?
I see this as being the most fair option,
